Venerable Yangchen

Venerable Yangchen ordained in 2001. She is a lifelong learner who has devoted many years to study, practice, and retreat. She has a deep and enduring connection with Land of Medicine Buddha (LMB) and has also offered service at Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s house in California, Shantideva Center in NYC, and in the Bay Area at Ocean of Compassion Buddhist Center (OCBC) and LMB. She continues to offer meditations, classes, and pujas and is dedicated to transforming her mind by putting the Dharma into practice—however long it takes—while sharing the fundamentals of Buddhism and meditation with others.
